When we opened the doors to Elev802 Vegas, it wasn’t just about building another hockey training facility, it was about building something different.
 

It started with a simple belief: hockey should be accessible, challenging, and community driven. Too often, young players, and even adults, face two barriers, cost and culture. The best ice time, the best training, and the best opportunities always seemed reserved for a select few. We wanted to change that.
 

At Elev802 Vegas, the vision has always been bigger than the rink itself. We designed a place where players could come to develop real skills, train with coaches who care, and join a community that believes in growing the game the right way, through passion, not privilege.
 

We’ve seen firsthand how a great environment can change a player’s entire path. The young kid who could barely stand on their skates now leads their team in scoring. The adult who came back to the game after years away now skates every week with their friends. The families who first met at Elev802 now cheer each other on at every game.
 

That’s what this place is about. Growth. Opportunity. Belonging.
 

We’re not chasing trophies, we’re building foundations. We’re teaching hard work, accountability, and love for the game. Every player who steps on our ice should leave a little better, not just as an athlete, but as a person.
 

And that only happens because of our team.
